Access Statement for Linton Laithe Bed and Breakfast

Linton Laithe Bed and Breakfast is a 5 bedroom luxury bed and breakfast accommodation situated in a converted barn at Grange Farm, Linton. The farm is a working farm of dairy, cattle and sheep and the conversion in 2008, of a traditional Yorkshire Dales barn provides the bed and breakfast accommodation.

The conversion has been completed with accessibility for all in mind but also trying to keep many of the original features of this beautiful old barn which dates back to circa 1700's. Consequently, some rooms may be less accessible for guests with limited mobility. We have one ground floor bedroom which has been designed with wheelchair access in mind. We endeavour to provide as much information as possible to enable guests to make an informed choice and are happy for you to contact us for any further information or advice.
